- Reviewing site and availability — We review the access route, working space, ground and any permits the site requires, and check availability of the right size on your dates.
- The quote — You receive a quote setting out the machine and size, the rental period, transport, an operator if you asked for one, and any site-specific terms.
- Delivery — Once agreed, the machine is delivered to site on the agreed date, with its standing position and entry requirements agreed beforehand.
- Extension or collection — At the end of the period the machine is collected, or the hire is extended if the project needs longer and it is available.
