How do I work out the right size for my project?
Start from the height of the highest work point you need to reach, then subtract roughly two metres to get the approximate platform height required - a person on the platform reaches about two metres above it. For forklifts the criteria are the weight of the heaviest load and the height of the top rack, bearing in mind that rated capacity drops as the load goes higher.
What is the difference between a scissor lift and a man lift?
A scissor lift rises vertically only and gives a wide working platform that fits more than one person and their tools, which suits indoor work on hard, level floors. A man lift has a boom that extends horizontally and works around obstructions, reaching points where no machine can stand directly underneath - the usual choice for external facades and facilities crowded with pipework and structures.
How do I check whether equipment is available in my city?
Availability depends on the size requested, the project location, the start date and the hire duration, so it cannot be confirmed from the page alone. Send those details through the quote form or WhatsApp and you will get confirmation.
Are prices published on the site?
No. The rental price varies with equipment type, size, duration, project location and delivery arrangements, and publishing a single fixed number would be misleading for most cases. Send your project details and you will get a quote based on them.
What hire durations are available?
From a single day to more than a month. Short, defined jobs suit daily hire, while construction and fit-out projects running for weeks are cheaper per unit of time on weekly or monthly hire. Bear in mind that each delivery and collection cycle carries its own cost.
Does the hire include an operator?
It depends on the machine and your project requirements. Some equipment such as cranes and excavators requires a qualified operator, while scissor lifts and man lifts can be run by a trained technician. State what you need when requesting a quote so the price covers it.
What information should I send to get an accurate quote?
Six items settle most of the conversation: equipment type, required height or capacity, city and project location, start date, hire duration, and the ground or site conditions. That last item is often left out, and it is the one that decides whether the machine suits the site at all.
Do you cover projects outside the Eastern Province?
Yes. We serve projects across Saudi Arabia, and the site carries service pages for dozens of cities from Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah to Tabuk, Abha and Jazan. Delivery is arranged according to the project location and confirmed on request.
Can the hire period be extended once work has started?
Contact us well before the agreed period ends. Extension depends on the machine being available for the additional period, and early notice makes it far easier to arrange than a request on the final day.
